With the rejection opposed to the birth of the yellow-green government by the President of the Republic Sergio Mattarella, the serious social and political crisis becomes a devastating institutional crisis. For the first time in the history of the Republic, he has prevented that Parliament elect his government.
There is no doubt that with his veto, he has brutally gone beyond the prerogatives that the Constitution assigns him, so we believe that Parliament can and should initiate the procedure for its removal (impeachment).
The 5 Star Movement and the Lega have come to an agreement to form a coalition government. If the agreement is confirmed, it will be the first time in the history of the Eurozone than a member state will have a government with a clear popular mandate to leave it.
This at least has been promised by the 5 Star Movement as well as by the Lega headed by the ex-christian democrat Matteo Salvini. The possible coalition has been approved by Silvio Berlusconi himself, who supports Salvini for Prime Minister.

In 2000, Greece agreed with Goldman Sachs in a funding program (Ariadne), which has been renewed with new terms in 2001 leading to a second program (Aeolos), to supply money to the country. Greece granted the lenders the rights in using airports and gambling.
